Chef Viktor Segal, gastronomic consultant, leads a secret tour of Tokaj for you and your friends (max 6 people). Tokaj has its legendary wines and hidden gastronomic treasures - Viktor now focuses on the latter. You'll start the day at a mini-farm in Szerencs: Gasztrokakas is a secluded corner of the modern world, a family farm with a heart and soul. After the garden tour and tasting, a three-course lunch with real home-style flavours awaits you at Kardos Supreme BorBistro in Mád, where the experience would not be complete without a tasting of the bistro's top-quality Tokaj wines. After lunch, you will head to the Borecet Művek, where you will learn about the cultural history of vinegar, the ancient craft of vinegar making and the production processes. Here you can also taste a variety of fruity specialities such as balsamic vinegar with aszú, noble vinegar and the award-winning rosehip balsamic vinegar. The last stop on the tour is Csicsörke in Bodrogkeresztúr, where you can taste special small-scale jams, chutneys and syrups. A gastronomic adventure guaranteed!
