Is it possible to develop, think together, mobilise resources in a group without cohesion among the members? We think not. The Heroes' Square Foundation can help teachers to work together with its individual tools. By the end of our cooperation training, they will be made aware of the need to listen to each other, to each other, and we will also show them how to build a classroom community where children can work together towards a common goal. We believe that if we teach this in school to teachers - and through them to students - then slowly but surely we will build up in other areas of everyday life that it feels good for others and good for the individual when a child focuses on the community rather than on individual interest.
