"Beer and honey canyon" - that's what the Dining Guide called Madhouse Bistro, and for good reason. After all, their basic concept is that if you want to be the best, you have to do or think about something differently than others. Well, they're certainly doing something differently, because the bistro's kitchen is constantly experimenting: which dish looks best with what? Which flavour note of beer do they pair it with, or juxtapose it to highlight it? Invite your friends (max 6 people) for a memorable beer dinner, where you can first test your skills on a game quiz, then relax from the excitement of the game with a Mad Scientist beer tasting and beer master show. The evening will end with a four-course dinner with Chef Norbert Piszkor's specialities.
