Ágnes Tóth fell in love with Turkish culture on a trip. She learnt the language, then, giving up her career as a diplomat, she started cooking Turkish food, and took this fascination to a higher level. After a one-year posting, she returns home in October with special spices and even more special recipes in her luggage.
