A key element in Salt's non-alcoholic drinks range is the use of various wild and medicinal herbs and fermentation. Since the launch of the Michelin-starred and green Michelin-starred restaurant, they have been experimenting with how to create more exciting and varied fermented drinks in their own kitchen - and now they are sharing the lessons of this adventure with you and your friends! There is an ancient culture of non-alcoholic fermented drinks, found all over the world, as they give long life and good health. Such drinks include kombucha, water ginger and jun, which you will learn how to make in this workshop for up to four people. The Salt masters have used elderberries, lemon musk and even Sichuan pepper in the fermentation process - bid on this batch, taste these special fermented drinks and then make a bottle of the version that suits your taste best! The experience will take place in the spring of 2024, at a date to be arranged in advance.
